Our courses help the students succeed in academic knowledge, and based on that they can excel in their studies and achieve academic goals. We provide online courses and mainly conduct online live classes. Our services are accessible at https://eduxpand.com/ and any other website through which Eduxpand makes the services available as applications for tablet, computer, laptop, mobile, and other smart devices and application program interfaces.

Online tuition classes

Welcome to Eduxpand. Eduxpand provides 1 on 1 and group basis live online tuition classes to its students. The schedule of the classes will be completed by mutual agreement between the tutor and the students. Eduxpand consists of the right to modify any schedule of classes in any event of unforeseen circumstances. The following terms and conditions outline the regulations and rules governing the provisions of online tuition services. By participating in our tuition services program as a tutor or a student you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions of the services (for Students)

Registration and enrollment process

For the registration and enrollment process, the student must provide complete and accurate information to the Eduxpand. Students under the age of 18 must have a guardian or parental constant to enroll.

Tuition fees

Tuition fees are payable in advance as specified by the company for each term. Tuition fees are not refundable, except the refund policy stated by the company.

Attendance and schedule

Students need to attend online classes punctually and must adhere to the schedule provided by the company. In the event of absence or cancellation of the scheduled class, the parent or students must notify the coordinator of the Eduxpand in advance. Uninformed missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Code of conduct

The student must behave in an appropriate manner towards their tutors and follow their instructions during the online classes. Students are expected to complete their assigned homework within the expected timings and should come prepared for the class. Students must participate actively in the learning process during their sessions. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and that may result termination of the enrollment immediately.

Terms and Conditions of the services (for Tutors)

Application and Selection

To become a tutor at Eduxpand, the tutor must complete the application process through a vetting selection process and provide complete and accurate information. Eduxpand reserves the right to reject or accept any tutors' applications.

Qualification and expertise

The tutors need to have such a necessary qualification (minimum of graduation) to apply, expertise and knowledge in the subject they will be tutoring. Tutors need to submit proof of qualification and conduct the interview before confirming as a tutor of this company.

Schedule and attendance

Tutors are expected to adhere to scheduled online classes. That means to be punctual in terms of attendance. In the event of unavoidable schedule changes or absence, the tutor must notify the respected coordinators or managers of the center in advance.

Professional Conduct

The tutors are expected to behave professionally and maintain a supportive and respectful environment during their tutoring journey at The Eduxpand. Any form of discrimination harassment or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated at all and that may result in the termination of tutoring journey or relationship with the company.

Privacy and confidentiality

The tutor must maintain the privacy and confidentiality of students' personal information as well as their academic records. Tutors need to respect the intellectual property rights of the company and not distribute or sell any course of materials of the company. Any material created by the tutor for the tutoring services should be discussed as well as share beforehand with the centre before sharing with the student. Tutor or not allowed to ask use or share any personal information of the student or parent for any purpose of outside scope.

Termination and amendments

Eduxpand reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the tutoring relationship at any time and updated terms will be communicated with the tutor after that. Eduxpand can terminate the tutor by providing written notice at any time. The company is not responsible for any kind of actions or misconduct by the tutors during the tuition services. Hence, any kind of misconduct or action will not be tolerated and will be terminated then and there.

Liabilities

The tutor has to be responsible for their own laptop or desktop, internet connection, and the quality of teaching materials. The demo class is very important as that pays attention and influences the parent's decision to invest with us hence the first session is very important and appealing to our customers. The minimum time to give during the demo session is 40 minutes. Therefore tutor needs to demonstrate a dedicated and formal attribute while conducting a class as it may influence our brand reputation. Online classes must be conducted according to the preference of the parent. Cancellation of the classes must be informed beforehand to Eduxpand management at least 2 hours prior. To fail is considered as a half class or 100 INR as a penalty will be charged. A tutor is responsible to conduct monthly tests twice and share the progress report as well as feedback with the management of the Eduxpand. The tutor needs to provide homework after every paid session and the regular regulations of homework are important and necessary.

Payment, refund, and cancellation policy

Payment for online classes at our institute is required in advance. The mode of payment includes online payment platforms, bank transfers, or any other methods specified by Eduxpand. Request for a refund must be made in writing and submitted to the administrative department of Eduxpand. A refund will be considered for the student or parent in the following scenarios: if a scheduled class is canceled by the organisation due to unforeseen circumstances, the tuition fee will be refunded. If a student cancels the course prior to the commencement of classes, the Eduxpand will refund the fees. In this scenario, the administrative fees or the charges will be deducted from the refund amount. To cancel the enrollment with Eduxpand a written notice is required to the administrative department of the platform. Cancellations made prior to the commencement of classes may be eligible for a refund as mentioned above in the refund policy. If is cancellation made after the commencement of the classes the student may not be eligible for a refund. Eduxpand reserves the right to cancel the classes in exceptional circumstances.
